The
north coast of Menorca is one of the last unspoilt zones of
the Mediterranean Sea.
In June 1999 with the intention of protecting these waters
the 'NORTH OF MENORCA MARINE RESERVE' was established by order
of the Balearic Government.
The protected area comprises of some 20 miles of coastline
between CABO GROS and PUNTA D'ES MURTÉ at the mouth
of Fornells Bay.
Whilst diving in these protected waters we can enjoy diving
with the majority of species of Mediterranian life.
